Due to the lack of local businesses using quality equipment for this process, we now offer media conversion services using top of the line Nikon and HP Scanners. We also offer video conversion for SVHS, BETA, 8mm, High 8 tapes and more.

The longer you wait to convert your memories, the further your media will deteriorate. Especially in the case of video, sometimes beyond repair!

We presently use a Nikon 9000 ED for scanning which offers many features including dust and scratch removal and auto color restoration. We choose not to use the lower end Nikon scanners which do offer bulk feeder attachments, however they do have a tendency to jam. Although there are home made solutions to this problem, we feel it better not to risk your precious memories with a homemade solution.

You never have to pay up front. You will be able to preview all material watermarked online before you have to purchase. We can put materials on cd's or dvd's.

While scanning we dust with air and wear gloves while handling the slides. The result of not wearing gloves could leave damaging body oil on your negatives.

We can mount your slides if they are not mounted already in acid free slide sheet protectors which you could then place into a binder along with a printed index of all the images.

Nikon Equipment

• 4000 dpi-true optical resolution.
• Media: Negative and positives, in color and monochrome.
• 35mm film: 1-2 strips of 1-6 frames; up to 3 frames of 24 x 48mm or 24 x 65mm panorama film can be scanned with optional 120/220 film rotating holder with glass FH-869GR.
• 35mm slides: 1-5 slides with mounts, 1.0-3.2mm thick, 49-50.8mm wide.
• Medium-format film: 1-4 frames (6 x 4.5), 1-3 frames (6 x 6), 1-2 frames (6 x 7, 6 x 8 or 6 x 9).
• Medium-format slides: Slides with mounts 1.0-3.2mm thick can be scanned with optional 120/220 mounted film holder FH-869M.
• 16mm film: 1-3 strips of 1-20 frames can be scanned with optional 16mm film holder FH-816.
